Payment

Full payment is due on or before the services are rendered. We accept cash, credit card (may have a processing fee), PayPal, Zelle or Venmo.

Late, Cancellations and/or No Shows

Must receive 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a session.  If less than 24 hour notice, there will be a $25 cancellation or reschedule fee. If no show without cancellation, services will be viewed as rendered and full payment will be required.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

You may schedule all appointments through the website. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may reschedule online up to 24 hours of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or you have a conflict that arrives within the 24 hours of your appoint, it is best to call right away to make other arrangements so your payment is not forfeited. We will try and work with you in the event of an emergency. Please call, text, or email as quickly as possible.

Scheduled Appointment Times

Your appointment starts at the time scheduled. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure you can start your session on time and be courteous to your practitioner and appointments after you. If you are more than 10 mins late for your appointment you will not receive your full session and no refunds will be made. Please let you practitioner know if you are running late.

Confidentiality & Etiquette

Joyous Haven believes in confidentiality and will never share any of your information with anyone including that you are a client. Whatever is discussed within your sessions with your practitioner will remain within that setting. The only caveat would be if your practitioner believed you were threatening the life of yourself or others.

Proper etiquette during a Reiki treatment include: no strong perfumes or lotions, remove large jewelry, turn off cell phones, and take off electronic devices. During all treatments one is fully clothed and respectful to the practitioner.

Joyous Haven reserves the rights to refuse service to anyone that does not abide by the terms and conditions.
