Jacki Erwin, Founder, Reiki Master

Jacki is a natural-born empath, Intuitive/Spiritual Life Coach, and Reiki Master.  She knew she was different and able to feel and sense other’s emotions from a young age.  It took her many years to fully understand her gift and be able to detect the energies and emotions of others she was carrying around.  She has spent several years on her own energetic healing journey to understand herself, her gifts, and how Spirit was guiding her to help others.  Naturally she has been a source for friends, family, and strangers to share their deepest fears and ask for guidance.  She has always known she wanted to help others and make this world a better place one soul at a time.  After the loss of her mother, she was guided to step outside of her corporate job and focus on her dream and purpose - to help others. Her connection to Spirit is effortless and she receives joy in simply helping others overcome anxiety, fear, doubt, and find their true selves. 

Jacki has always been an animal lover and had a connection with them. She was bitten in the face by a family friend’s dog as a toddler because she was trying to hug it while it was eating. This experience did not create fear or deter Jacki from wanting to love, support, or be with animals. Instead, it fueled her to understand and read animals so she could sense their fears, and love them as they needed. She started practicing reiki on her own animals, animals of family, and friends. She is excited about helping all souls heal regardless of their outside form.

In 2020, she joined forces and partnered with a small local rescue. She became a foster mama as well as healing incoming dogs to get them ready for their next chapter. She continues this work and her calling to help others understand their dogs and what they are trying to communicate to their humans. 

In 2021, Jacki received clear messages to shift the focus of Joyous Haven from individual reiki session to overall mind, body, spirit integrated healing. Assisting people in connecting within, feeling, hearing, and connecting with oneself for deprogramming and awakening oneself to your higher and divine life purpose. In order to fully integrate and accept this new calling she needed to step away from the practice for a bit. She completed her personal training certification to get a deeper understanding of the physical body. As a Reiki Master Jacki has been attuned to the spiritual and energetic body and she was driven to combine that with greater education on the physical body and expanded spiritual growth.

Jacki is now ready for new clients ready to understand their spiritual, emotional and physical body to release trauma, overcome stagnation, and heal.  This is a very individual journey and because of that the new offerings are on a consultation/interview basis to ensure this is the right avenue for you and that Jacki is the person to support your journey.   If you are ready to do the work and curious about the possibilities schedule your free consultation.
